How to Use Instaflex Advanced (Dosage Instructions)
Using Instaflex Advanced is simple. You should take 1 capsule per day with water, at any time of the day. The most important thing is to be consistent with using Instaflex Advanced, in order to get the most out of the product.

We’ll begin by inspecting each Instaflex Advanced ingredient individually. With each one, we’ll tell you what the scientific research says, whether the ingredient belongs to a joint health supplement, and if it is dosed correctly. Afterwards, we’ll share our thoughts on the Instaflex Advanced formula as a whole.
1. Turmeric (95% curcuminoids) – 200mg
Turmeric’s active compounds, curcuminoids, can have a major impact on your joint pain, flexibility, and overall health. Curcuminoids are anti-inflammatory by nature, which means they can help with your joint pain and joint degeneration if the root cause is inflammation.
Curcumin has a few additional joint health-supportive qualities. It enhances collagen production, reduces free radical damage, and fights glycation end-products that damage connective tissues. Instaflex Advanced has 200mg of high-curcuminoid turmeric, which is a good dosage.
2. Resveratrol – 100mg
Resveratrol is a strong antioxidant. It lowers oxidative stress caused by free radicals, which can damage your body over time.
Studies show that resveratrol may have beneficial effects on cholesterol, cardiovascular health, and even lifespan.
However, most of the evidence on resveratrol comes from a petri dish or animal studies. At the moment, there is no solid human evidence that 100mg of resveratrol will do anything for your joint health or function.
3. Boswellia serrata extract – 100mg
Boswellia serrata is one of the most effective natural remedies for long-term joint health. It contains boswellic acids which inhibit the enzyme called 5-LOX. This enzyme is involved in destroying your joints’ connective tissues.

4. UCII (25% collagen) – 40mg
We don’t know why manufacturers keep using collagen in joint supplements. It might look attractive on a label to the layperson, but consuming collagen orally will not increase actual collagen production within your joints or other tissues.
Regardless of which type of collagen it is – chicken collagen, type II collagen, or anything else – it’s all ineffective. Contrary to the popular belief, this is a completely unproven ingredient in Instaflex Advanced. A big waste of capsule space that doesn’t have any benefit whatsoever.
5. Hyaluronic acid (89%) – 5mg
Hyaluronic acid can be an effective joint health enhancer. It seems to work particularly well are reducing joint pain. Studies show that people suffering from osteoarthritis experience less joint pain from taking 80-200mg of hyaluronic acid per day.
The issue is that, as you can see, Instaflex Advanced only has 5mg of the active ingredient. The human studies that showed any benefits used more than 16 times the amount in Instaflex.
6. BioPerine – 5mg
BioPerine is a patented name for black pepper extract. The active compounds in black pepper, in higher amounts, boost the bioavailability of other ingredients.
BioPerine is particularly useful in products like Instaflex Advanced which has turmeric. This is due to the fact that turmeric doesn’t absorb very well unless you take it alongside black pepper extract.
Our Commentary on Instaflex Advanced Formula
All things considered, Instaflex Advanced is not a bad joint supplement at all. It is more effective than a lot of popular joint stacks on the market right now. But it’s also far from the very best.
Instaflex contains a few great ingredients. We get some high-curcuminoid turmeric powder, some quality Boswellia Serrata extract, and a bit of hyaluronic acid.
These supplements have synergistic benefits on flexibility, joint function, and joint pain.
But Instaflex Advanced has some problems.
Serious problems.
The biggest issue is the underdosed hyaluronic acid. Instaflex only provides 5mg, whereas the studies showing any benefits used at least 80mg – with some using 200mg!
Other joint supplements typically contain 100mg of hyaluronic acid per serving, so Instaflex Advanced can’t really compete here.
The’re also the issue of pointless ingredients.
Collagen does nothing for joint health. Oral use of this ingredient doesn’t actually strengthen your collagen.
Resveratrol, while generally considered healthy, is not going to have a substantial effect on your joint pain or flexibility.
The bottom line is: Instaflex Advanced’s formula is not bad all all, but it’s far from the best on sale today.
If you want a supplement to ease joint pain, increase flexibility, and sustain long-term joint function, then Instaflex Advanced isn’t a terrible option.
However, there are definitely better formulas on the market to choose from. The current leading joint supplements offer better value for money overall – combining more ingredients, and using more effective ingredients, while being less expensive than Instaflex Advanced.

Instaflex Advanced will help you with joint pain and long-term function going forward. However, there are several problems with the supplement that make it fall behind the industry-leading brands.
It contains only 5mg of hyaluronic acid, which is far below the minimum effective amount used in studies – 80-200mg.
It contains collagen, which only looks good on the label, but doesn’t actually do anything for your joints. If you want to strengthen your collagen, taking more collagen orally isn’t the way to do it!
As a whole, Instaflex Advanced is a decent product, but for the price it charges, we can’t recommend it. A large portion of its formula consists of weak ingredients. With a little research, it’s possible to find more targeted joint stacks at this Instaflex’s price range.
